Product obtained by malting, saccharification and controlled roasting of specially selected barley.
Role of the malt
Adds a mellow, sweet flavour and a subtle, pleasant taste to the beer. Improves the mellowness while providing a caramel and toast flavour reminiscent of the roasting process.
