Quality of Life at Work (QLW)
We strive to provide our employees with a good working environment.
To do this, we conduct surveys through our annual barometer and employee expression meetings. Each year, a questionnaire is sent to all employees in France, adapted to their specific situation in the field and to their job. It measures QLW in four areas:
- Well-being at work
- Working environment
- Communication
- Social relationships and behaviour
The aim of this barometer is first and foremost to give everyone the opportunity to take action to improve their work and to improve the quality of service, employability and performance of the company.
Because the safety of our employees in the workplace is paramount, we raise their awareness on this subject by organising days dedicated to safety and quality of life at work at all our sites.
