CSE (Social and Economic Committee) / CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee)

The elected representatives of the CSE (Social and Economic Committee) and members of the CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) meet every quarter at one of our 8 industrial sites in France, with the Chairman of the CSSCT, Paul Wakin, Industrial Director, in the presence of the Industrial Director for France, Jean-Philippe Jelu, the Site Director and our Safety Manager, Elisa N'Gary, as well as a representative of the HR Department, either Marie Derradji, HR Director for France or Laurent Rodriguez, HR Director for Malteries Soufflet.

The agenda for these meetings includes a presentation of the safety dashboards, feedback on the work carried out by the CSSCT, a review of periodic inspections, and an analysis of accidents, etc., and above all, a site visit to identify positive points, debrief on any deviations observed and define corrective actions, with a single aim: to ensure the safety of oneself, others and, in fact, everyone, to achieve our ambition of zero accidents!
