Our objective is to be able to welcome 25 apprentices each year in all of our 8 French malting plants and in our head office, across all of our professions. In addition to very good safety conditions, we offer apprentices the opportunity to learn a stable profession, supported by passionate in-house tutors who are proud to pass on their expertise. This shared learning approach, which is a long-term commitment, and the promise of further progress in this expertise, builds learner and tutor loyalty around a joint project to be developed.

"I joined the Nogent malting plant in 2018 on a 2-year apprenticeship contract to obtain an advanced vocational training certificate in systems maintenance. I gained knowledge, experience and a great deal of maturity. Malteries Soufflet then offered me a permanent contract as an electromechanical engineer in 2020. I like my job: the work is varied and there is never a dull moment!”
